Back In The Clinic

We are back. After an unexpected hiatus we have reopened the doors. After our first week we are overwhelmed with the support from everyone. It has be wonderful to see you in the clinic and to also hear from you over the phone.

Over the last few weeks, we have been busy organising processes to abide by social distancing and constantly changing government regulations. We have implemented many changes in the clinic to protect our staff and clients. Keeping you updated is so important so we have outlined in detail everything you need to know.

Clinic COVID19 Policies

General Clinic and Reception

1. We have modified our opening hours to limit crossover between clients and therapists.
2. COVID-19 questionnaire must filled our upon entering the clinic for each treatment session
3. All staff and clients will be screened prior to entering the clinic including temperature checks.
4. Waiting room chairs are spaced as per social distancing guidelines
5. Bathroom hand towel has been replaced with paper towel dispenser
6. Hand sanitiser station on entering the clinic as well as multiple others within in the clinic
7. Our display of products for purchase has been reduced to minimise handling
8. Cough screen at reception – this enables our staff to safely engage with you

Treatment Rooms and Gym Space

1. Therapists are moving between treatment rooms after each client, allowing rooms to be thoroughly cleaned after each session
2. Chairs between therapist and client are spaced according to guidelines
3. No use of towels in rooms (with the exception of draping where needed)
4. All linen replaced after each client session
5. Therabands no longer used in the gym and are single patient use – either purchased or left in the clinic with clients name
6. Hand sanitiser to be used upon entering gym spac
