Village Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Shellharbour

Telehealth Consultations

Village Physiotherapy Shellharbour is happy to offer services for those unable to attend the clinic. Telehealth consultations are physiotherapy intervention with a difference. These consultations are provided via an online video interface rather than a face to face in clinic consultation.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, clients may not be able to attend the clinic due to illness or self isolating. You will be able to access high quality physiotherapy services from the comfort of your own home. These consultations will continue to offer the same exceptional level of care as our in clinic services. Our Physios will assess, diagnose and provide an individualised treatment plan to keep you on the path to achieving your goals.

All you will need is a laptop, tablet or phone as well as an internet connection. Our team will assist you in connecting and having a successful interaction with your physiotherapist. We are able to treat most conditions using telehealth including musculoskeletal injuries, post operative rehabilitation, work station ergonomics and exercise based rehabilitation programs.

All clients can access telehealth including those on Medicare with a current EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) Plan, workers compensation and NDIS. Private clients are able to access these services with Private Health Insurers creating Telehealth items codes from April 14th 2020.

Feeling like you need some help from a physio but struggling to find one. Why not get in contact with us to see if we can help you out today no matter where you live!
