2017 at Village Physio is going to the best year yet.
So come along with us and join in the fun. Today I am inspired by the clients we meet and their strength and resilience in the fight to “feel good”. In our clinic, we get to meet people from all walks of life and in 2017 we are hoping to reach out to more people. We have lots of changes happening within the clinic and some exciting changes to be rolled out in the months to come.
So a bit of an update on what is happening in the clinic:
- we are full steam ahead with bookings, so if you need to come and see us, book in advance through our online booking system or by giving us a call.
- we are now running Pilates classes Tues and Thurs evenings 5-6pm. These classes have been popular so be sure to book a spot so you dont miss out BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL.
- we still have a happy, relaxed clinic where you are welcomed with a warm smile on arrival – just to make you feel at home.
So with January 2017 already behind us, we would like to remind you all that each new month is a time to make changes – whether that be catching up with friends, getting a massage, doing more exercise or just purely have ‘me’ time. It is never too late to make changes in your life.
Over the past year, I have learnt the art of ‘me’ time and relished in its benefits. No matter how much there is to do, tomorrow is another day. Take time out to enjoy a sunrise or sunset, the smell of rain when it starts to fall, or to feel the sand between your toes. After all the best things in life are for free. We often stress and worry about things we cannot change, instead take time out to enjoy the small things and be amazed at how wonderful life is.
