Village Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Shellharbour

Tammeka Milne

Tammeka is our newest physiotherapist bringing a wealth of knowledge from her massage therapy experience. New to physiotherapy, Tammeka is keen to learn, grow and help the local community with their sporting and physical needs.

Tammeka is our newest physiotherapy having recently graduated from the University of Canberra. With this she brings enthusiasm, strong foundational skills and commitment to learning.

Tammeka has a strong background in treating athletes with her massage therapy background; as a physiotherapist her interest still lies with treating athletes, to keep them in their recreational or competitive sport through exercise rehabilitation and manual therapy. Tammeka understands the importance of individualising her treatment plans to help her clients achieve their goals.

Tam relishes in the challenges that come with treating the general public. Using her thorough assessment and problem-solving skills and clear goal settings. Tam empowers her patients through education and progressive exercises.

Tam enjoys helping people move with confidence and returning them to the activity that matters to them the most. She values building genuine connections with patients and believes clear communication and education are key to achieving long term outcomes.

When not at the clinic she can be found at the beach or in nature.
