Village Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Shellharbour

Nicole and Tracy

Meet our awesome reception team – Nicole and Tracy. These two are in charge of keeping everything running smoothly so there are no issues with your appointments. If there are any questions surrounding bookings, bills or equipment, these are the guys to see.

Nicole has been with us since 2014. Before joining she completed a small business management course, and travel consultancy course before commencing at Centrelink. She spent 22 years with Centrelink before taking the plunge to Village Physio – this she thinks is the best decision ever. Nicole loves interacting with clients and is the organiser of the team.

Tracy has been a part of the team since 2015 and comes with 20+ years experience in medical administration/reception. She loves coming into work, meeting new people and assisting in every way she can. Tracy is always up for a chat and laugh with all the clients while they await their appointment.

We love our reception team and 100% believe they will make you feel comfortable and at home from the moment you walk in the door.
