Juliana Scopel

Juliana Scopel is our Pilates Instructor. Currently Juliana runs many of our equipment rehabilitation classes.

Juliana originates from Brazil where she originally trained as a Physiotherapist and worked in various fields post graduating. Upon moving to Australia 11 years ago, Juliana has had continued success as an exercise trainer in particular in the area of Pilates. In 2017, she completed her Diploma in Polestar Pilates for Rehabilitation. In completing her Diploma, Juliana was able to bring her experience as a Physiotherapist into her Pilates training enabling clients to move well.

In joining one of Julianas classes you will be sure to move better, feel stronger and leave with a smile on your face.

Outside of working as a Pilates Instructor, Juliana is a passionate surfer who enjoys travelling the coast line looking for the best waves.
