Ayden has recently graduated from Charles Sturt University in Port Macquarie, with a Bachelor Honours Degree in Physiotherapy. Ayden has previously worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for various sporting teams, which sparked his interest in Physiotherapy. He has a keen interest in sporting-related injuries and assisting people getting back to the activities they love. Ayden has also conducted research into the management of individuals with prolonged symptoms after a concussion, and enjoys helping those navigate this difficult experience.

This all comes from a thorough assessment, closely followed by a comprehensive treatment plan addressing the symptoms and underlying cause of the problem. He enjoys helping to educate people on the cause(s) of their pain or dysfunction and providing individualised exercise and manual therapy treatment.

Outside of Physiotherapy, Ayden enjoys surfing, exploring camping spots along the South Coast and a good cup of coffee.
