Most falls and injury are caused by muscle weakness, decreased flexibility and declining balance. As we get older our risk of falls and injury increases, leading to a loss of independence. Therefore, at Village Physiotherapy we are committed to helping individuals maintain their independence and enjoy life to the fullest (and fittest).
The Keep Moving Program is a 60min circuit based class of varying exercises. These include cardiovascular, strength for the whole body, balance and agility. Guaranteed to see improvements in your function with consistent attendance. Supported by our wonderful physiotherapy team, we will be sure to keep you safe at all times. Above all, you having fun whilst improving your function is key.
