Our Keep Moving Program is aimed at keeping our aging community fit and healthy. As we get older our risk of falls and injury increases, leading to a loss of independence. In particular, most falls and injury are caused by muscle weakness and decreased flexibility. Here at Village Physiotherapy we are committed to helping individuals maintain their independence and enjoy life to the fullest (and fittest).
The Keep Moving Program is a 60min circuit based class of varying exercises from cardiovascular, strength for the whole body, balance and agility. You are sure to see improvements in your function with consistent attendance. Supported by our wonderful physiotherapy team, we will be sure to keep you safe at all times.
If you are 5o years or older, fearful of falling or feel like you are losing you independence then this may be the program for you. Why not book online or give us a call at the clinic.
